What is meditation?

Meditation is the art of finding joy in simply existing, reveling in one’s own presence. It’s a state of utter simplicity—a calm consciousness where no action is required. The moment you attempt to “do,” tension creeps in; anxiety follows suit. Meditation is merely observing the body, mind, and emotions without critique.

In today’s fast-paced world, both in the East and West, individuals have undergone profound changes, prompting the need for innovative methods. Chaotic techniques are essential as the modern mind is constantly in flux, allowing space for silence to emerge.

“Life is an endless dance, and meditation is the music that guides us. In meditation, we don’t seek to reach a destination but rather to savor every step of the journey. It’s not about doing; it’s about being fully present in the exquisite beauty of existence.” – Osho

Everyone can benefit from meditation and you don’t need previous experience . It’s a practice that invites us to pause and simply exist in the moment, accessible to all who are willing to slow down and embrace the present.

Meditation is a wellbeing technique. It’s not necessary to follow osho belief to attend the meditations

Yes, you are welcome. We offer silent sitting sessions and non-active meditations such as Vipassana, Nadabrahma, and Chakra Sounds.

No, Osho didn’t consider himself as a Guru or followed any beliefs. He often speaks out against the Guru culture prevalent worldwide, especially in India.

For courses is important to attend from the beginning to the end because there are full processes. For festivals you can attend just for a few days.
