Reconnect with yourself and your inner silence

Would you like to escape from the bustling noise of the city? Would you like to escape from the incessant chatter of your mind…? Would you like to have the opportunity to carve out space and time for deeper introspection?

We’re constantly bombarded by “noises” both inside and outside of us… If you feel now is the right moment to grant yourself the gift of genuine silence and inner communion, this process will guide you towards that experience.

What is the retreat about?

During 10 days of introspection, you will have the chance to silence the incessant buzz of activity and thought. You will delve into your inner world, reconnecting with your authentic self within you, cultivating stillness in your mind, through meditation, mindful observation, and focused breathing.

Through the simple act of observing the breath, we allow our inner observer to be trained to observe also our body, our thoughts and emotions. As Osho explains in the Orange Book of Meditations, “Your breath is changing along with the moods of the mind. And also vice versa: when the breath changes, the mind’s moods change. And when the breath stops, the mind stops.”

This workshop is different from traditional “zen” groups where participants may spend up to 12 hours a day in seated meditation. Instead, the experience is dynamic, naturally guiding participants into a space of profound silence, serenity, and stillness.

Through the practice of Osho’s active meditation techniques, we’ll enhance our ability to observe both within and outside ourselves, drawing us nearer to a state of inner silence. Through this practice, we will delve into our emotions, enabling us to fully experience, release, and integrate them.

Deepening your meditation practice involves becoming more aware of your sense of feel and managing them in the context of sense of now, contributing to an overall sense of being in the moment

Available to: All audiences (+ 18 years)

The following are the key aspects: silence, observation, meditation, stopping, breathing, letting go.

OSHO QUOTE

“In your silence, when there are no words, no language, nobody else is present, you are getting in tune with the existence” Osho

During this process we will also:

  • Practice active Osho meditations.

  • Take conscious nature walks

  •  Explore the Forest Baths

  •  Practice breathing and observation techniques

  • Practice the “Gibberish” technique to release tensions of the mind

  • Connect with our inner self and source of life.

  • Meet with our inner silence, relaxation and presence

  • Explore how to stay alert and aware in daily activities

  • Sit in silent meditation, observing that we are not body, mind or emotions.

  • Practice Osho Vipassana meditation which allows you to create more space within, for what is true in you.

Vipassana meditation improves the capacity for introspection and concentration. It allows us to transform our perception of the world around us.  Through conscious observation, we can come closer to having a better notion of our reality.

The process takes place in a protected, respectful and safe space of exploration and personal growth, accompanied and supported at all times.
